Buzz Bird wasn’t dreamed up in a corporate boardroom—it was built around a family table.
Owned and operated by three brothers who were born and raised in the restaurant industry, Buzz Bird is the result of generations of family recipes, countless hours in the kitchen, and a shared passion for bringing people together through great food.
Growing up, the kitchen was where everything happened. Recipes were passed down, techniques were perfected, and one thing was always non-negotiable: if it wasn’t fresh, it wasn’t leaving the kitchen.
Every chicken cutlet is hand-breaded. Every burger is smashed fresh to order. Our sauces are made in-house, and every ingredient is carefully chosen because we believe the little details make the biggest difference.
Buzz Bird isn’t just another chicken spot. It’s everything we’ve learned, everything we’ve loved, and everything we’ve built as a family—all served fresh, every single day.

It started with a simple question: why isn't there a spot in Brick that serves legitimately great chicken and burgers — not chain food, not reheated, not phoned in? The kind of place where you actually look forward to the food, not just settle for it.
We set out to build the go-to spot for Brick and the entire Shore area. Real ingredients, hand-breaded chicken, smash burgers made to order, sauces crafted from scratch. Fast enough for a lunch run, good enough that you'll drive across town for it.
Every detail matters. We obsessed over the breading recipe, tested over 30 sauce variations, sourced buns from the right bakery, and built a kitchen designed to execute at speed without cutting a single corner.
